I lived in the U.S. for 5 years and never have I seen such DRAMA on the street. . . . not even during marti grass where guys hang beads on Girls and Girls will flash their boobs at them in return, Saint Patrick’s day where people drink Green beer on the streets or 4th of July (which is the U.S. independence day) where people find a spot on grass and sit together to watch fireworks.

Why do we call it National Day? Weren’t we at some point in the past occupied by Great Britain and gained independence after the union of the 7 emirates? Enough about History and I hope the next UAE Independence Day celebration is more civilized.

In other previous pre-3ed events. I went to The Imperial College London Diabetes Centre for a fast/ full checkup. . . the place is well staffed and organized unlike the local clinics here. I decided to do a yearly check up there. . . . .^_^ better be proactive than reactive.

Everything runs on a card with a chip. just like the chip you have on your SIM card or UAE National ID or Bank Debit card. (speaking of cards, I think I am gonna buy me a nice card holder from montblanc or LV, Any other recommendations?). The doctor told me that I should start a diet since my (bad) cholesterol levels are considered (high) by medical standards. o_O

Today, My daily intake consist of : Green + Green + Green + 1/4 chicken + Green + Green + Nuts + Fruits. Thats it.

I am helping my uncle decide on a bran new yacht. . . . yep that’s right. I am the middle man of this whole project. I do want to do this because that will earn me some experience before I decide to purchase my own Yacht. He is interested in the Integrity 55. It seams that my uncle want to purchase one after his visit to the Emirates Boat Show.

He is only focusing on 1 thing: Price, (which is not right). I am using my Educational background, expertise in purchasing and contracts’ valuation to arrive to mutually agreed terms and conditions of a turnkey project. Negotiation is a big part here because we got time and money on our side. I am trying to squeeze them for:

• Maximum discount upon signature of agreement.
• Easy payment schedule.
• Post purchase maintenance and other services.
• Warranty & Guarantee.

Lets hope that things go smooth because I know how indecisive people can be during negotiation. They steer away from the goals.

George Michael & Alicia Keys Concert was absolutly phenomenal. Attending a concert is quite an unforgetable experience that will stick in the long-term memory slots of a brain. I was happy I made the move. I had a Blast.
