Rise & Shine. . ^_^

It’s August! !
The heat should subside once we cross the middle of this blistering Month.

As I wake up, I am reminded to be thankful to see the sun rise from the east side of our little island. Life is precious. Al 7emdellah 3ala el ne3mah. . .

So, my day starts with a blasted volume of my CD player in the shower to get that adrenaline flowing as warm water wash up all signs of fatigue from last night. Then turn the turn off HOT water and let SUPER cold water flow for 5 seconds to wake me up FULLY!

I like to take my time while showering, I never rush it.
A person’s look in the morning says plenty.

(that's 5:58 A.M.)

My morning look = Crispy Clean. . .

Now that sounded like a great name for a Dry Clean Business. (Copy righted, if you steel it, I’ll sue you like there is no tomorrow) :-P

I learned never to drive crazy to work. . . .(Even if I am late).

If my boss say: “ You are late”

I’d say: “well, that’s better than not showing up because I don’t think I would see myself on my death bed saying: I should have gone to work early”.

I don’t have an attitude at work, but I don’t like being told to come early or leave late. I respect my 8 hour limit during the day, If I am late 10 minuets, I’ll stay 10 minuets or more depending on what I have pending. If there is nothing pending, why stay?
Mind you, I never miss my morning meetings.

(Childs' play...)

On my way to work, I tune in to Radio 1 (Dany C. & Sheena) to get an idea about traffic update just to avoid any of them busy streets. Some rush to get to work causing a little drama on the roads.

I drive safely because. . . I like to keep my cool & enjoy the music.

My morning dose of Java is a MUST. . . without it, my brain won’t function 100%. I should cutback on this as I get older because it’s not healthy. So, what do u do in Ramadan then?
Hmmmm, I’ll take my annual leave this Ramadan. I never took Ramadan off before so, why not.
As I walk through the cubical, I exchange my morning smile with everyone even when they don’t smile back. I like to think of it as “sadaqah”.

Once a week, this Persian/ Canadian chick comes from Dubai to spend a day at our office because her job demands it. She parks her stuff at my cubical. She finds joy & security in my premises.

Now what can I say, It feels comforting 2 know that I send ++positive++ vibes+++ around the place.

Anyhowzzzz, that sums up my morning. Lets see what the Markets have for us today.

I’ll catch U probably on the weekend.

N-Joy the Song & Pics.

Maroon 5, good choice.
I concluded something, ur a very calm person... isn't it true? And u listen to Radio 1 in the morning, that's so kewl, a very typical routine of mine, especially when it is crowded, listening to the music and well i never payed attention to the traffic update much, but wat the heck, they calm you down. (I'm blabbing, sorry)
Enjoy ur weekend.

@ karamilah: Thaaaaank U, blab all u want dear. Always happy to read ur observation :-P are U a shrink? I think most agree that calmness is far better that being agitated.
There is no harm in listening to Music & getting traffic report update to avoid the Jam in the morning. . .U might even learn something new during the 1 world challenge.

Good, then I have someone who I can exhaust with my nonsense, I'll keep that in mind, haha.
If you mean SHORT by a SHRINK, then yeah, I AM.
And you get to learn something, especially when it is time for commercials and they put those funny ones, you crack up laughing.
